Body Freedom is a weekly Zoom-based prayer and worship experience – including treatments to the body. In Body Freedom, remote treatments are offered. This service exists to strengthen faith, and bring healing to the body. This exists to help those that live outside of the Orlando FL area.

Body Freedom is a live Zoom-based prayer gathering led by Dr Steve Racine. Remote treatments focused on the nervous system, spine, joints, organs… as well as healing for the soul & spirit. Many clients report improvements in nervous system regulation, pain patterns, stress responses, emotional overload, and physical function.
Body Freedom is an invite-only meeting, and is not open to just anyone. If you want Body Freedom, you will need to sign up.
Open to anyone seeking healing, clarity, and/or spiritual freedom.

What is Body Freedom
Body Freedom is not a typical telemedicine visit. It is not performance based or hype, but real healing through Jesus Christ. It is a peaceful, Christ-centered Zoom gathering with prayer & worship. We invite the Holy Spirit to bring restoration, clarity, freedom, and of course – healing. Honoring the design of the human body, as we are fearfully & wonderfully made. Dr Racine utilizes advanced, root-cause, nervous system based healing approach. Body Freedom has proven results over several years, and is a wonderful way to bring healing to those that do not live in Central FLA.
What happens during Body Freedom
With Jesus – healing is not only possible but plausible. We open with a short time of sharing and prayer requests. We then go into prayer & worship. From there, Dr Racine led by the Holy Spirit will begin to address specific areas of the body, nervous system, spine, joints. organs, soul & spirit – that need treatment and healing. Those receiving treatments can experience healing. In addition, many attendees typically experience peace, love, joy and God’s grace & comfort. Many experience the Glory of God in a new & exciting way. There is no pressure to perform, no hype, and no requirement to share publicly. The meeting typically lasts 60-90 minutes.
Who is Body Freedom for
Body Freedom may be for you, if you have pain, health issues, are physically stuck, spiritually weary, or emotionally burdened. If you have chronic pain, tension, inflammation, neurological stress, spinal issues, joint problems, organ issues, headaches, or any unresolved body symptoms… Body Freedom is wonderful for helping these issues. Body Freedom is for you, if you believe Jesus heals – but you also understand that the body has design, structure, function as the nervous system controls all body functions. If you want prayer without weirdness, treatment without pressure, and healing ministry without hype – then Body Freedom is for you.
How to get on Body Freedom
Those that wish to participate in a Body Freedom session, need to do the following:

- Pay for the session in advance
- Fill out paperwork and send it to us
Once approved, we will tell you when the meeting is and provide the Zoom login information.

About Us
Dr. Steve Racine is a well-established authority on health and the human body.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Racine has mastered natural, holistic methods to help resolve health problems and chronic pain efficiently and consistently. These proven approaches are safe, gentle, and highly effective. Over the decades, he has witnessed thousands of profound healings and life-changing outcomes.
Patients travel to work with Dr. Racine from across Florida, throughout the United States, and internationally, seeking results when other approaches have failed. In addition to in-person care in Winter Park, Florida, Dr. Racine also offers TeleMedicine consultations and remote services through Body Freedom online.
In 2018, Dr. Racine experienced a deep spiritual awakening-a profound encounter with God that reshaped his identity, mission, and calling. This marked a turning point in his life and led him into extensive ministry training and practical application. He began with deliverance ministry, where he witnessed powerful breakthroughs, along with its limitations. He then pursued inner healing ministry, observing restoration across body, soul, and spirit. This journey later expanded through the Way of a Sempitir ministry school, centered on Sonship and authentic Kingdom identity.
While Dr. Racine has spent nearly three decades restoring health to the physical body, the past decade has been devoted to helping individuals experience restoration of the soul and spirit as well. He is known for identifying root causes rather than symptoms, and for guiding people toward lasting, sustainable solutions.
Dr. Racine is happily married, serves as a servant leader in multiple ministries and a local Orlando church, and actively supports the growth of other ministries through consulting and funding. Though he was born again in June of 2001, since 2018 his life and work have been fully anchored in devotion to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
